Filming and editing this performance video was an incredible project showcasing the heart for worship in the Victoria Young Adult leadership community. Combining gifted members from over 5 churches, we filmed and recorded a cover of Phil Wickham's "Manger Throne" just in time for Christmas!
This trailer was a passion project directed by my friend Jayden Hagerty which I was honoured to be able to shoot. We shot for 3 days at the University of Victoria and Lambrick Park Church. Learned a ton about shooting in public locations and how to transform a basic hallway into something of a movie set. Huge props to the whole team who helped put this together!
A short Documentary style video on the two year process of over 100 volunteers coming together to build a hand-built jump trail at the iconic Jordie Lunn Bike Park in Langford, BC. With over 1500 hours put into this project, it was incredible to see everything come together and be able to share that with the whole community.
As a part of my work as a full-time video/photographer at Camp Imadene over the summer of 2024, I had the opportunity to shoot and direct this short film to aid in setting up the storyline for the climax of our programming during the week. I'm so grateful for the team I had working on this short project with me and all I learned about filmmaking through this experience.
Filming and editing our second project at Ridgegrove Studios, this arrangement had members from three local churches come together and record their take on one of the classic hymns "Come Thou Fount". Another great project to showcase the amazing Worship scene going on in Victoria, can't wait for more!
Showcasing the excitement and community of the annual Jordie Lunn Enduro event hosted by Cycling BC and the City of Langford. The goal of this project was to put on display the incredible bike park built in memory of Jordie, as well as bringing the local riders together through a highlight edit.
Wrapping together a full day of cyclocross racing into a two-minute video was an important way to be able to share the commitment of riders traveling from across the country to race here in Victoria, BC. The goal of this project was to inspire current and future riders, as well as the rest of the community to get involved with local events.
Sharing the excitement of a new bike trail with the local community is always something special. The goal of this project was to give riders the opportunity to see the newest trails of the bike park through the lens of a fun, engaging video.
